This May is easily one of the hardest worldwide for our mental health.


Being stuck in our homes, not able to stick to our routine, without the ability to see people... it’s a struggle. And you’re not alone in it.


Welcome all those feelings and emotions; don’t be ashamed of them! Feel them. They’re real.


Let those negative thoughts be fleeting. Like watching cars pass you by, let those bad thoughts come and go. They have no place to stay within you.


Always reach out to someone you trust. Talk. Laugh. Heal. It will get better with patience. I promise.
